NMR Spectrometers

OXFORD INSTRUMENTS Magnetic Resonance provides the following Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometers:

X-Pulse

X-Pulse is a broad band & high spectral resolution NMR spectrometer. It uses a 60MHz permanent magnet with high homogeneity and temperature stability making it easy to position in a lab and requires no liquid cryogens.

It is suitable for applications in agriculture, food, pharma, automotive and aviation, polymers, chemicals as well as for research and education training.

MQC+

The NMR MQC+ spectrometer is a modern and easy-to-use radiometry instrument designed for quantitative analysis of hydrogen and fluorine nuclei in different physical situations. Applications include rapid oil/fat and moisture analysis with minimal sample preparation, fat content, droplet size distributions, yarn and fabric coatings, polymer and additive properties, fuel hydrogen, wax in fuel/wax oil and numerous fluorine measurements for pharmaceutical and chemical analysis.

Optional versions of MQC+23, MQC+5 and MQC+F are available, depending on the type of sample and the desired sensitivity. Fast, safe, accurate and non-destructive analysis in just a few seconds.

Models adapted to specialized applications are available (MQC+ Oilseed analyzer, MQC+ Spin Finish Analyzer, MQC+ Solid Fat analyzer).

GeoSpec

GeoSpec instrument series is the result of a successful collaboration between Oxford Instruments and Green Imaging Technologies (GIT), the world leaders in hardware and software for the analysis of geological cores with NMR.

GeoSpec is the industry standard NMR rock core analyser, with installations in almost every major oil producer and SCAL laboratory world-wide. Three models are available operating at 2, 12 and 20MHz. The GeoSpec 2MHz models are the industry standard for routine measurements of relaxation distributions, allowing the prediction of basic petrophysical parameters such as porosity, free and bound fluid determinations and T2 cutoff.
